Hi there,

I've been trying to access my old Whiskerwick account before giving up and starting a new one!

I have logged in with the correct details and received this error message:

Oops, there was an error!

Invalid request token / possible request forgery (error 1). If you received this message in error, please go back, refresh, and try again.

I've tried again but the same message appears. Would anyone be able to help me access my old account or let me know if I should create a new one instead? My account should be Georgie@Writtle or Georgie@FarmBarn.

Are you still logged in to other proboards forums? I'm pretty sure this error indicates a miscommunication between your global proboards account and your forum-specific credentials. Logging out of proboards completely and trying again should fix it!

Unfortunately there is very little the forum staff can do about account access, so if you need further assistance, I would recommend hopping over to proboards support! They're generally pretty quick to respond.
