My favorite day of the month is here: showroom updates day! SzK had 7 retirees in the month of November:
SGCh Dandy's A Slightly-Crazed Woman You Met on Her Way Out of Town at SzK "Bella"
My very first adopted PB/NIB Generation 8 dalmatian, obtained during last year's WW advent. Bred by Penny @ Just Dandy . Bella is the dam of several of our champs — I decided to go back and show Bella and Mortimer because it bothered me that the champion pedigree of my Generation 8+ PB/NIB dalmatian breeding and showing project was lopsided. (I'm not sure if retroactively showing a parent/grandparent/great grandparent is taboo in the PC, but, well, I did it.)
Anyway, Bella did fantastically. She's now the top-performing dog at SzK, with a whooping 4.9 show point average — all Best in Show placements, with just one 1st-place finish. (It's funny because I'm currently showing another dalmatian that appears to be on track for all BISes, so my attention has been focused on him, and Bella's noteworthy performance snuck up on me!)
SGCh Sz's From Portugal to Mongolia "Martagon"
One of the Generation 11 PB/NIB dalmatians from my aforementioned project — and a great-grandchild of Bella and Mortimer. With the titling of her great-grandparents, that gives her three full generations of champion lineage (14 total ancestors, if my math is correct). Her parents are SGCh Sz's Absolutely, Chronologically; In One Dimension, and Not in Another "Maia" and SGCh Sz’s Large Spines, Small Flowers "Fero."
She also did exceptionally well, with a 4.7 show point average, which claims her the #2 spot in our hall of fame.
SGCh Sz's A Great Shot at Growing Up To Be Well Adjusted "Mortimer"
Yep, here's Mortimer, as you've probably guessed soon up. Mortimer is from my very first line of PB/NIB dalmatians (bred over a year ago at this point), but not actually my first keeper—that was his brother, SGCh Sz’s Deciduous Among Evergreens "Oakley."
With his 3.8 show point average, Morty claims our #9 spot in our hall of fame. He showed in both dali and dane. I should say: I couldn't bear to see my WCh poodle, Gunther, knocked out of the hall of fame by all of these new additions, so I decided to extend the placements to 15.
SGCh Funfetti's Moonlight at SzK "Mahtab"
Mahtab, bred by Bunni —the pup that single-handed brought on my newfound obsession with papillon ears. I got her from one of Bunni's stalls at the Duke's Group fall festival (along with her brother, Roshan, who's not a show pup — or at least not yet). Her parents are Funfetti's Ariana Got Nothin' On These Ears "Grande" and Funfetti/Mos Eisley's Donut Worry, Be Happy! "Dunkin" (not owned/shown by SzK).
She also did well, showing in both dali and dane, and finishing with a 3.7 show point average (and tying with Juhla for the #11/#12 slot).
SGCh Xoops' Chaos Reigns at SzK "Chaos"
Chaos is a Generation 6 NIB tamsin bred by Megan@Xoops 🌼 . Also a stunner. She showed in dali and dane, and retires with a 3.2 show point average.
SGCh Sz's 'Tis the Season "Spook"
I bred this guy for one of the OctOWber breeding challenges at Petz Life! He showed in dali and dane, and retires with a 2.5 show point average.
SGCh Wild Road's Big Brother is Watching "Efe"
Oh, poor Efe. He was not beloved by judges. If he's not the worst-performing dog at SzK, he's one of them, with his 1.7 show point average. Bred by nightwish (sorry, Nightwish). Oh, also! I have him classified as a dalmatian, but he's actually a husky (dali OW). His parents are SGCh Zan's The Fox and the Hound at Wild Road "Copper" and SGCh Wild Road's Medieval Emperor "Kubilay" (not owned/shown by SzK). He showed in dali and dane.
He and Mahtab have been mated, and their litter is going up on my PUGs advent calendar throughout the month of December (spoiler???). I'm trying really hard to make December's prize show litter not a dali litter, and I think I'm on track with that goal.

SGCh litters
I bred one SGCh litter from Klara x Jubilee in November for my prize show, but I kept the pups a secret so anyone participating in No-dopt could participate. Meaning: I don't have any pictures to share! Sooo...I'll be back with a litter pic shortly. Here they are!
One of these things is not like the others...and that's my keeper, Podcast! He was bred with Queenie's trispot dali OW, so his spots will grow in as he grows. The others were bred with Gin's sodapup OW.
