I think she may have become mute in P5 after being transferred there several years ago.. I had fixed her and she def had sounds before being converted back. I had opened them all in P5 just to see them again right before converting. Either way, she's back in P4 and mute petz are an easy fix. xD

but one of them became a mute... I noticed that in your converter, it said her breed was Siamese, even though her sounds are of the RBlue... not sure if anyone else has gotten a mute pet, or even if this is something to look into, but thought you might want to know... There have been several mute petz born in P4, and I want to say it was glitch sometimes in mixed breeds, where the game makes it behave as one breed, but gives it sounds for another -or something like that. You can use the unmute tool provided on Carolyn's Creations. I had the problem as well where my pet was originally mute in P5 so it converts muted. The unmute tool worked on the P4 version.Whoops didn't see the above post~

I know I already freaked out about this in the coding discord, but AHHH this is amazing and honestly such a gift to the community Today I finally converted my old petz best friend, Dapper. He was one of the first dogz I bred in P5, and the only one of my crew to survive the crash (reminder to BACK UP YOUR FILES, everyone!). I had cloned him using lnz and tried to match personalities, but it was never quite the same. I figured that was the best I could get... until PetFlux came and gave me a way to reunite with my long-lost buddy. Thank you, Reflet , so, so much for giving us a way to play with our old friends again.

First of all, this is SO EXCITING and I'm so grateful for all your hard work. I didn't think anything like this would ever be possible!
However, I'm having trouble using it. Whenever I try to add a pet, the entire application crashes. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong? I have the application in my Adopted Petz folder and have tried multiple files. My computer is Windows 8.

Oh gosh this is so sweet i'm gonna cry LOL it's moments like this that I really wanted to bring to the community... I know all too well that there's nothing quite like those special pets First of all, this is SO EXCITING and I'm so grateful for all your hard work. (if that's the cause then that's a bug I'll have to fix!)

This is so amazing, I'm playing with petz I haven't had access to for 10+ years! I was even able to recover the very first pet I ever adopted an AC japanese bobtail named Bobby XD from 13 years ago! Nearly in tears over stupid little pixels lol. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you thank you THANK YOU SO MUCH for this! Very much a dream come true! I have so many old, nostalgic Petz in P5 and it was great to bring them (bring back some of them) to P3/4!
I have five that won't convert, though. I think I know what the problem is: when I load their files in to PetFlux, their gender's listed as "Other" for some reason. When I try to convert them I get a message that says "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow". The files work fine in my P5 game, nothing out of the ordinary with them or their listed genders. I've tried gender-flipping them and then converting them, and I've also poked around in LNZPro to try to see where the gender data's located there, but so far nothing's fixed the issue. Any ideas? I realize it's probably a fault with the files themselves, but I'm a little baffled right now lol

edit: Also the genders are displaying as "other" because the byte that defines gender in the file isn't 0 or 1, it's something else (so quite literally a nonbinary pet haha), but gender isn't taken into account for conversion idk what causes that nonbinary glitch (a glitch in Petz, not PetFlux) but I've had a few lol

I wasn't sure where else to put this but I was trying to convert my whole pack of Manen Wolves today (2/15/19) and all but 1 converted. I got an "overflow" error.
