If Cel would rather we didn't use any of her (their?) layouts anymore, it'd be nice if she could send a quick email or FB message to let us know and we'll disable them, no bother. It's not necessary to send someone else to pass the message along.
Like Pinto said, this wasn't just by association. We only banned those people who we know for a fact were aware of what Sharon was doing. If you copy hexies and/or fake your identity, or if you watch someone do this and think it's fine or even funny, your behaviour conflicts with the ground rules of the PC and there is no place for that here. That's all there is to it.
(Edit: Cel's skins have been disabled so this won't have to be an issue. Just the Halloween one is still active - will disable it when there's a replacement for the season.)
