Given enough time, reassuring baby talk and treats, you manage to coax Doctor out of hiding... and swiftly capture him! Despite his valiant attempts to escape your clutches, you somehow succeed in getting him all cleaned up. His pride hurt, he buries himself in his basket.

Holocene is very happy to get cleaned up! He enjoys biting at bubbles and the sensations of you washing his fur. Soon enough, you've hosed him down. As you turn around to grab the blow-dryer, he gets very excited. And... oh no... he got a little too excited and apparently knocked over some nearby paintcans (who put those here anyway?!) by wagging his tail all too powerfully. Looks like it's back to the start for Holocene. Ugh!



As I'm angrily putting away the fallen paint cans, I notice a mysterious basket tucked away in a small corner of the room. Doctor's in it, sleeping tightly. How did he sleep through all that ruckus? And more importantly -- why is he still here? Hm, I wonder if Leslie forgot to pick him up.

Thank goodness Holocene has started to get a little worn out from all the excitement of getting washed not just once, but TWICE even! It's the only thing that's avoided a repeat of the pink paint disaster from the other day. Once done, he obediently sits in his basket and eagerly waits to be picked up. It looks like a can hardly stay put!
