Moose - HoloceneBoojum - Canasta - Doctor - JackdawOh no! Looks like some of my adoptables got into the paint can... it's no use adopting them out like this. They'll get paint everywhere and you can't even properly see what they look like! These guys will need to clean up their act before they can be adopted out! The problem is, I can't handle, wash and groom six ferocious animals with just my two bare puny hands. This is where you - as potential adopters - come in. I need a volunteer to help me hold down and clean up each pet! Washing and grooming is hard work, and I don't want to exploit the free labour, so you can only volunteer once. In return for volunteering, you'll be first to see the (hopefully) squeaky sparkly clean pet and have the choice to take it home... or not. Any fully clean petz that are not taken will be left for other volunteers to choose from! So, if you are secretly disappointed by what's under all that paint (I promise none of them are ugly though!), you can choose to take a chance and wait for the others to be revealed. My standard adoption rules apply. (Hope this isn't too complicated! If there are any questions, feel free to ask.)

salki Oh my! Jackdaw purrs loudly as you carefully wash and then brush his fur. He actually likes this? Out comes a fluffy-clean boy, ready to come home with you... on the condition that he gets brushed on a regular basis. DearbornCanasta lets out a pathetic, desperate meow as you spray him with the hose. He tries to weasel away, but doesn't succeed before the last bits of paint and soap have been washed away. Still a bit wet, he quickly hides in the safety of his basket. He seems taken aback, but undefeated.

Jackdaw & Canasta have been sent out! Batisfy Moose doesn't seem to enjoy getting cleaned up at all, but like a good boy, he suffers the treatment. He's a bit tense and quietly lets out a confused whine, all the while asking "are we done yet?" with big, pleading puppy eyes. And then... oh my! You'd barely recognize him! Relieved that the dreaded bath time is over, he flops down into his basket with a deep sigh. tracyxxArgh! This cat won't sit still. You manage to get the paint off his snout and feet (no more dirty footprints everywhere!) but Doctor isn't thankful at all. Despite your best efforts to keep him down, he keeps slipping away from your grip - and the tub. Soon enough, in true cat fashion, he manages to weasel away completely and hides under the nearest bed. Looks like we're out of luck for the time being, and will need another volunteer for round 2.
