Lol @sharebear this is one of my favorite posts. Also #UsVSMods Honestly I mean, it's probably not even inflation. When you think about it, like you said there aren't many new members. And when there are, it's like turning 16/18. You start off making minimum wage buying cheaper stuff. Then eventually you get to the point where you have a lot more money and can buy a lot more  so it just takes time. |

Kind of off topic question, but what amount of bones would someone have to be considered "rich"? I'm fairly new, I think, and I have had really no problems buying what I want. (But I hex of course, haha.)

^^Honestly everyone will probably give you a different answer so I hope mine is okay at least xD Even with 5,000 bones you can easily buy petz in sales and win many auctions, certain ones go over 5,000 though. To me rich is like 50,000-100,000 which isn't a lot considering people here have millions, but you have no problems buying anything! |

I've wondered this before, what was considered "rich." It's hard to say since we can't see what eachother have.
I felt poor at first, and it was a little difficult to get off the ground since I don't hex, but then once I got to like 5k I felt like I was never lacking in bones for anything I truely wanted (took like 2 months? not bad I say.) Currently increasing just via interest and occasional posts at 6k range. Idk if that's rich or not, but I don't feel lacking.

I dont hex or sell stuff it took me a very long time to get my bones here so i think evrything was good before cause i went through it. took a while but was worth the interest.

I hope that it didn't come off as complaining when I started this - I'm incredibly thankful for everything WW's mods do, and the system, an the forum in general. It's my favorite petz community right now (maybe ever?) - and that's coming from someone who ran/was in love with there own forum for a few years. (I think sometimes because of my mindset when I ran the PRU forum, I think I get over-excited/willing to share ideas for either discussion/consideration hahaha. Because part of my favorite part was just coming up with ideas). But yeah, WW is amazing and I'm incredibly happy.
I just thought it might be interesting for discussion/maybe someone had an idea that could be another way for people to spend their bones. :3 Definitely don't want it to bring about any frustration!

I enjoyed reading what everyone had to say. And I agree that it shouldn't be difficult for Newbies to get started.
