Unfortunately, on rare occasions, a transaction may glitch and the bones are removed from your account, but don't get sent to the other person.
If you and Ryder are sure the bones were sent, but you somehow never received them, please let me know the details and I can add them into your account.

going to try for the 3rd time. happy i have a bit of bones saved up tell me if you get it this time. i know there was problems before and Rafa posted how to fix it but cant find that post. reeeeaalllly hope this time gose threw.

There's a post about what to do in the information center.  Ryder (and everyone), you don't need to send a donation again and again until it works, unless you don't mind losing the bones forever. It creates a lot of extra work for the mods when you have multiple donations to sort out and refund, rather than just one! I'm going to check if I can see what happened tonight and send refunds accordingly. |
