Is it alright to adopt out bred animals from PKC approved petz from websites like Supernova? Or is it limited to base game animal breeding??
Just wondering because I quite love all of the downloaded breeds and outcomes they create.

Like Lunarkitty said, yes, that's totally alright! The only situation where it wouldn't be is if the creator of the breed has stated something to that effect. You just don't see a lot of those PKC mixies here because they're not very popular in this userbase... I think. But hey, someone's got to be the first to introduce them here!

I enjoy some of them, and have several downloaded into my game! With dogz files though, I prefer them to maintain a petzy look, but for catz, I like all files

^ And when those petz are created from non-overwriting breedfiles it means that anyone who adopts them has to have those breedfiles installed in order to play with those petz. Non-OWBFs can be quite annoying to work with in breeding projects because petz that are many generations down still need them. It's for these reasons that I never adopt petz that need extra breedfiles, that and I think 99% of them are hideous anyways. XD
My advice is that if you are going to make these petz available for adoption that you also make it very clear that they need extra files AND link to them. Most people here don't seem to be that into PKC so don't be surprised if you don't get much of a response to your litters. Good luck though!

I decided not to go with cats or dogs. Doing an ~exotic pet~ twist and small animals bc i have and love them irl. I made a little site for my adoptions breeders and stuff. Well, working on it. It's a WIP. All but two downloads are from Vickie's petz zoo, so it's not too bad. I have two from supernova but they're easy to link to (a bunny and ferrets)...

I have one rabbit in with my catz and dogz clan so I'd be open to some cute critters

I don't even think they have to be PKC accepted since that just means they can be shown there. I think as long as it's not someone's unique hexie or bred pet (and you follow their rules) you'll be all good
