I had 69 bones, I got a donation of 30, when I accepted them I only have 74 bones now. What is going on here? I only got 5 bones when I was supposed to get 30? Is this a glitch!? :-( Booooo

Oh dear, that's unfortunate. I'm not sure what happened here - I've never heard of a donation only going through partially before! It's been all of nothing as far as I know. Perhaps your donation didn't go through, and you simultaneously got bones from somewhere else, maybe from making a post? Anyways, could you provide a little more info? I would like it if the person who sent you these bones could post in this thread to confirm what happened. Just to be sure.  We don't currently have a policy on reimbursing for glicthed transactions, but I'll see what I can do. |

JesScribe ♫ Calling Jess to the thread, she was the one who sent the 30 bones. She is trustworthy as I have dealt with her before so I am very confused of what happened during the transaction :-(

Sometimes donations just glitch up and the bones are lost :c As soon as Jess confirms, I can refund you.

Thanks for stepping in, Jewellz! But don't worry about doing so in the future, you are by no means obliged!! That's what staff is for haha. Sorry for being a bit slow to deal with this, we hadn't figured out how to handle glitched donations yet. But we've agreed that if both the sender and receiver can confirm a donation was sent but not received, we will reimburse asap (you were already reimbursed though Hayley, right?). Will put this in announcements/rules when I get home. Hopefully that'll make things a little quicker in the future! |
