I'm sorry for posting here so much... But I was wondering, could there be a theme with the shoutbox on the bottom of the page? I like the way it is, really, the hiding/unhiding is a great idea! My problem is just that it doesn't work on my tablet. :/ So I can hardly ever check the messages, which is a shame. Thanks!

I haven't been able to find a theme where our shoutbox appears at the bottom of the page... it always stays over on the left. I think ours has some special coding going on that overrides the default position on the page. I'm not sure how to change that, let alone make it theme-specific. Maybe rafa knows? I did see a theme where the shoutbox is expandedby clicking an image, but I don't suppose that would work any better on your tablet. Hmmm. If my assumptions above are correct, maybe I can keep looking for a theme that specifies the shoutbox position? I think we'd end up with two ways to access the shoutbox on one screen (where ever that theme puts it + hidden on the left, that's what happened with the click-image-to-expand theme) which is kind of messy, but hey, it's better than not being able to access it at all.  |

Okay, thank you so much!  Edit: since it turned out that it wasn't easy to change this I found another fix: iPad users download the free Puffin browser, it allows you to open the shoutbox and solves other problems that mobile safari has such as not being able to scroll iframes. |

I swear we need to put that in the FAQ... Click the shadow along the left hand side of the screen to draw out the shoutbox. |

Hahahaha I literally just accidentally hit the shadow and had no idea how to get the shout box to go away, and thankfully this post was right in front of my face when it happened!
