I guess that would technically be allowed, but I'm not sure why you would do that unless you have trouble getting people to adopt, but it doesn't seem like a good business model haha. I would recommend doing a regular adoption thread with a very short application or a fun question for people to answer, either way! More fun that way, and less of a hassle. (And no risk people will adopt just to delete, although I don't think anyone in today's PC would really do that.)
