"Horsefeathers" was banned because we noticed it was owned by the same person as "Windyfrss". I sent you a PM explaining this a little while before you asked to have Windyfrss deleted, so I suppose you never saw it!
We only allow one account per person for a number of reasons, including (but not limited do) avoiding general confusion, people taking afdvantage of the bones system or bypassing adoption limits, etc.
I can unban your account if you'd like. Next time you want to change your name or start over, please delete your old account before creating a new one to avoid this same situation!
Also, please stop double posting. I've asked you this a number of times now. It's not allowed because it earns you extra bones. If it keeps happening, you will be fined.
