shazza, I've added a copy of the default theme with a bigger font! Please let me know if this size works better for you, and of course give me a shout if you see anything that's still too small (a screenshot would be nice).
It is technically possible to do this with every theme, but it is a bit of extra work and I'm not sure how many people would use it... so unless more people come up to say it helps a lot for them, I'd rather not do another theme, haha.
Unfortunately it looks like I can't change the font on the shout box without it transferring over to all the themes, so you'll have to whip out your magnifying glass for that part, sorry!
