That's odd! I'll see if I can replicate the issue as soon as I can get to a PC. For now, does the same thing happen in other browsers?
The only thing I can think of is that somebody might have rejected a donation from you. If you have adblock on, your Donations tab normally disappears when this happens. So it doesn't sound like the same thing, but who knows. It's quickly solved by turning adblock off for a minute and handling the 'donation rejected!' pop up.
