I think it would be awesome if user-groups or however it works now with the ways that proboards keeps updating their system if we had the ability to buy admin powers to our house. Something that would allow us to sticky/delete/bump/etc to our threads in our home. I would totally pay like 2000 bones for something like that. Maybe it could include other restrictions as well and is a new paid status? Like we have to have x amount of posts first and have been a member of WW for y amount of time. I know that we can ask a mod to sticky threads/etc though so I know this isn't such a big thing, but I think it would be cool. I also saw a member group called "home owner" so if that was a feature at some point that would also be pretty awesome. And as more people create homes would save mods time so they wouldn't have to keep sticking threads people want stickied, etc.
The only restrictions I can think of to features within the boards are 1) The inability to move outside threads we've created to the Clawley Lane space without admin help and 2) Inability to create sub-boards to separate/organize more efficiently. There probably isn't anything the admins can do about that though, as I don't know that it would be possible to create those types of permissions... :/
I think it is a wonderful feature though, and am disappointed that more people don't use it. I don't have a crew site to keep track of pets or show off ones I've adopted, so I put them there instead. I think a lot of people tend to join, get a home, and then lose interest in Petz and kind of forget about it, lol. I also agree that it would be nice to have a little icon in our user status that would link directly to our personal board
