HEY I HAVE AN IDEA.
Maybe, to keep it fair, those who already have a home can keep their home as-is and pay for admin powers. And those who do not have a home pay for the whole package? The house & admin? Since those who have a house now didn't pay for it?

Also, I agree with the cleaning up thing. Maybe those who never posted could get a PM/ask if they still want it or something?

Just some thoughts.
