Thanks for stepping in, Jewellz!  But don't worry about doing so in the future, you are by no means obliged!! That's what staff is for haha. Sorry for being a bit slow to deal with this, we hadn't figured out how to handle glitched donations yet. But we've agreed that if both the sender and receiver can confirm a donation was sent but not received, we will reimburse asap (you were already reimbursed though Hayley, right?). Will put this in announcements/rules when I get home. Hopefully that'll make things a little quicker in the future!
