As far as I can tell, this happens because we have a few extra options on the menu (Bank and Donations), and the Participated button gets bumped too far down to be available in the mobile dropdown menu. RKC and Milk for example both have fewer menu items.
While it's possible to edit the items on the menu and the order they appear in, we don't have much control over where the Participated button sits. So the only way to make it available on mobile would be to delete a few options from the menu altogether.
Many mobile browsers allow you to switch to desktop view, in which you'll be able to see the Participated button. Not a perfect solution, but it should work!
